Hello! I’ve been a manicurist for 12 years and have been in Billings for the last 6. I’m certified in Luminary Systems structured gel manicures and with Ericas ETA in dry manicures. 48 hour cancellation/reschedule notice required for all reserved services. Less than 48 hours will result in a charge 50% of the reserved service.
